In parallel, we have offered trainings, coachings and consulting services for junior scientists since 2009 and will continue to do so in future. For this part of the business, however, the necessity of the legal form of a GmbH is no longer given. For this reason, the Kepos GmbH was dissolved by 30th June 2017. All contracts that have already been closed with you will be fulfilled as agreed, though on invoices you will find the add-on i. L. to signalize to our partners that the Kepos GmbH is now in liquidation.
The GmbH is ending, but Kepos continues. From now on, we will operate a network in the old name under which, as hitherto, various trainers work with and for junior scientists. We will continue to offer you our expertise in the field of Life Sciences and promise consistent quality. Contracts will have the same standard as before, though they will be concluded in the name of the trainer carrying out the measure. You will also receive the invoice from the respective trainer. Our website will remain and you can catch up on new developments at www.kepos.com.
